Welcome to Firehøje If's gymnasticsdepartment
Denmark has strong traditions in gymnastics - which is different from the olympic disciplines of artistic gymnstics.
Firehøje gymnastick has an offer for every body and we emphasize the opprotunities for movement regardless of age and skills.
Training and challenges are adapted to the individual skill level and kids have their motor skills emproved in joyfull ways.
We offer:
- Instructors with a high level of skills and routine
- Dedicated instructors
- A high level of activity an guartee for sweat
- Social commitment in a responsible and joyfull community
We offer teams practizing rhytmic gymnastics / dance, tumbling / voulting and rope skipping in Vandel Idrætshal and in Nørup Hallen.
The season starts in week 37 (second week in September)
Registration for all teams open in September
The teamplan for all teams 2023 - 2024 is underway.
