Opening hours in Fitness :
24-7 Monday 05:00 a.m. thru Friday 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday 05:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Sunday 05:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Instruction is avalable in the centre:
Monday 8:45 - 10:15 a.m.
Tuesday 6.30 - 8.00 p.m.
Wednesday 6.00 - 7.30 p.m.
Thursday 6.30 - 8.00 p.m.
Houserules in Firehøje Fitness:
As a member in Firehøje Fitness you gain access to free training on our fine equipment in the centre on 1.st floor in Nørup Hallen in Ny Nørup.
You can sign up for a month or a year and will recieve an electronisc key that gives access when the centre is open.

To be instructor in Firehøje Fitness gives a lot of advantages:
- Free membership
- Payed basic education as a DGI certified fitness instructor
- Free courses to maintain and develop instructor skills
- Trainingsuit
- Free participation in Future Fitness inspiration seminar in Vejen Idrætscenter
We pay DGI/DIF´s basic fitness-instructor education wich is 40 lessons - typicallys in two weekend, and other relevat courser as you may whish.
The basic education is recognized and corresponds to the education in commercial centres.
When given the basic education we expect you to work as an instructor for at least one year, taking a minimum of 18 shifts of 1½ hour per year.
